If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it. Hygiene rules apply to intimate wear, so please keep the item unworn with its tags attached.

Within 7 days
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
Step 02
Pack it back
Return the bra unworn and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
Step 03
We exchange it
We arrange pickup and ship your replacement size or style once received.
What qualifies
- Unworn, unwashed bras with all original tags and packaging.
- Wrong size, wrong item received, or a manufacturing fault.
- Exchange requested within 7 days of delivery.
What doesn't
- Worn or washed items, for hygiene reasons.
- Items without tags or original packaging.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
